Tools and Techniques for the children in your life.

This is an illustrated yoga card deck for children, including young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
I have taught yoga and well-being for over a decade in a number of schools as part of the curriculum, from independent schools, state schools and Special Needs Schools.
I find that most children's yoga cards and books are aimed at primary level, so I have designed these cards to be inclusive to children and young people alike so they can be used in a school or home setting.
These cards encourage you to have fun, explore your body, and connect with your breath while practicing the poses. They can be used individually to explore poses, but they also offer a unique twist by incorporating game play similar to a standard deck of cards.

This is aimed to help children with their mental health and well-being as the pocket sized comic book gives children techniques to help with self-regulation, calming, relaxation, focus, grounding etc all in a pocket sized format so they can take it with them wherever they are, in their pocket or bag. Each pocket sized comic book comes with A4 sized posters with instructions on how to do each breathing technique.
Free Videos are also on youtube so children and their carers can learn in another way rather than just the written format.

Introducing simple, age-appropriate breathing techniques in schools can help children to:
This can be delivered in a way that suits your setting:
Through these sessions, children learn to understand their own breathing habits and how to use their breath as a practical tool to support their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Breathing is something every child already has access to. With the right guidance and regular practice, it can become a simple, effective tool to support both learning and wellbeing across the school day and their life in general.
