These sessions invite individuals and groups to reconnect — with themselves, with others, and with a deeper sense of presence.
Through guided movement, intuitive art-making, and mindful practices, participants are gently supported to step away from pressure and into creative embodied experiences.
Rooted in the understanding that creativity is inherently therapeutic, this work creates environments where expression feels safe, accessible, and free from judgment. No artistic experience is needed — only a willingness to explore.

We run sessions for individuals, families, parties, schools, community groups, and corporate events. Each workshop is adapted to suit the needs and interests of your group, whether it’s a fun social activity or a focused creative learning experience. Workshops can be adapted to suit your space, goals, and group size — from one-off experiences to ongoing programmes.

A wide range of creative activities including sketching, painting, sewing, and craft-based skills. Sessions can take place indoors or outdoors, depending on your setting and preferences, making them flexible for different venues and occasions.

A Family event where an art session was part of the activities. I planned a group drawing sessions, switching with different members of the family so people had drawings to take home afterwards.
