Community wellness sessions for older residents can significantly enhance their physical and mental health by offering opportunities for social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity. These inclusive movement programs can be tailored to individual needs and preferences, including activities such as arts and crafts, gentle exercise, reminiscence therapy, and music. We collaborate in a group setting or one-on-one with organizations, care homes, and privately to promote staff well-being and support the overall health of our participants.

This video captures the Creative Community Ldn and Soundcastle project, which supports and celebrates creativity within the local 50+ community, promoting community wellness through inclusive movement programs. We explored the emotional impact of music, responded through drawing, pattern, and mark-making, and created a collective graphic score on fabric. This was a celebration of collaboration, creativity, and community, all contributing to staff well-being.
