Sound baths

A bird perched on a branch, surrounded by lush green leaves.

Relax, release and meditate with sound vibrations...
During the session you will hear and feel various tones from either Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments, releasing different frequencies to encourage meditation, relaxation and self healing.

I offer immersive Sound Bath experiences as stand alone sessions or thoughtfully combined with practices such as yoga, myofascial release, and meditation. These sessions are available for workshops, retreats, one-to-one healing, and ceremonies, creating space for deep relaxation, restoration, and connection.

Ready to experience the power of sound healing?

I'd love to create a session tailored to you or your group.

The Connection Between Sound Baths, Fascia & MFR

The soothing vibrations of a Sound Bath gently wash through your body.

More than simply listening to sound, you'll feel its resonance moving through your cells, fascia and tissues, supporting your nervous system, calming brainwave activity, and encouraging your body to return to a natural state of balance and homeostasis.

As the human body is made up mostly of water, sound travels through you as well as around you, creating a deeply immersive experience that many people find profoundly restorative.

Enhance your Sound Healing experience with tailored myofascial release, or choose a dedicated bodywork session—click below to discover more.
