At Circular Flow UK, we help children and young people build simple, practical wellbeing skills they can use every day to feel more balanced, confident, and in control.
As part of the wider Tools to Grow UK family, we support children at every stage—from early years and school through to young adulthood—helping them develop healthy habits that support emotional wellbeing, learning, and long-term resilience.
Our wellbeing sessions are designed to be engaging, accessible, and easy to integrate into school life.
We combine breathing techniques with broader emotional regulation and wellbeing practices, giving children real tools they can use when they feel stressed, overwhelmed, distracted, or unsettled.
Tools to Grow believes wellbeing should be accessible, inclusive, and holistic throughout life. With over a decade’s experience across schools, community groups, and adult centres, we support neurodivergent individuals and those with SEND through tailored group and one-to-one sessions. Supporting parents is equally important, helping families build stronger relationships, resilience, confidence, self-understanding, and compassionate foundations for lifelong wellbeing.

This was a 12 week project with the Mighty Mega Club at the @discover_story.
Mighty Mega is a free Saturday morning club for SEND children aged 5-11 with their families/carers, for them to enjoy the centre and then participate in creative sessions.
In "Breathe, Move, Create" we played with yoga poses, learnt a breath technique each week and then had an art activity based on that sessions breathing technique.
