At Tools to Grow UK, children are at the heart of everything we do — from hypnobirthing and early parenthood, through the school years and into young adulthood.
We equip parents, carers and educators with practical, embodied tools for wellbeing, emotional regulation and resilience. By experiencing the tools for themselves first, adults can model and share calm, confidence and connection — helping children and young people truly thrive at every stage of their journey.

We can help you with your birth- using techniques like deep breathing, visualization and relaxation to help you feel calmer and more in control.
The goal is to make labor easier, empower parents with a toolkit of techniques and to help reduce the need for pain relief or intervention.

This was a 12 week project with the Mighty Mega Club at the @discover_story.
Mighty Mega is a free Saturday morning club for SEND children aged 5-11 with their families/carers, for them to enjoy the centre and then participate in creative sessions.
In "Breathe, Move, Create" we played with yoga poses, learnt a breath technique each week and then had an art activity based on that sessions breathing technique.
This is a brief introduction to our Fellowship Square mini summer festival event.
