Breathe, Move, Create at The mighty mega club

This was a 12 week project with the Mighty Mega Club at the @discover_story. 

Mighty Mega is a free Saturday morning club for SEND children aged 5-11 with their families/carers, for them to enjoy the centre and then participate in creative sessions.

In "Breathe, Move, Create" we played with yoga poses, learnt a breath technique each week and then had an art activity based on that sessions breathing technique.  

Working with Creative Community LDN

This is a brief introduction to our Fellowship Square mini summer festival event. 

As part of Creative Community LDN- Bringing families and communities together through art, play, and  learning for developing new skills, positive mental health and  well-being.
