Right at the beginning of life- we help mothers and parents, with hypnobirthing.  We also work with children, young people, and adults to support positive mental health, self-regulation, and self-awareness. Through accessible techniques that promote re-framing and re-training thought patterns, individuals are empowered to better understand and manage their emotions. Getting rid of anxiety, fears and un-wanted habits—building lasting tools they can confidently use in everyday life.

With over a decade of experience of teaching in a variety of schools from academys, independent and special schools. All sessions are taught as part of the school day so it is part of the curriculum and inclusive to all.


We work with each school to focus on their pupils needs.
