This manual therapy focuses on soft tissue dysfunction, pain, tension and holding patterns. Myofascial Release (MFR) involves gentle sustained pressure, to allow the fascia to return to its healthy position prior injury and to encourage fluid back into that area of the body.
MFR can increase energy, breathing capacity, restore muscle function and postural alignment, relieve physical and emotional strain, it can help balance the body and promote self-healing and relaxation by improving the circulation and nervous system transmission.
MFR has positive affects on tissue adhesions and is used for scar work from injury or operations to help your recovery process.
As this technique uses applications that are 3-5 minutes long, appointments work best over 1 hour.
MFR sessions can be booked for: 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 2 hours, 3 hours.

Coherent Breathing for Pregnancy & Birth
Coherent breathing—also known as resonant breathing—is a slow, steady technique that helps regulate the nervous system and bring the body into a calm, balanced state. Practised at around 5–6 breaths per minute, it supports relaxation, reduces anxiety, and promotes a sense of control and wellbeing.
This forms a core foundation with how I teach hypnobirthing-supporting expectant parents and birth partners to feel calmer, more confident, and better prepared for labour and birth.

With training in hypnotherapy and breathwork, sessions are designed to support both the mind and body, helping expectant parents understand their breathing patterns and develop practical, personalised techniques to use throughout pregnancy, labour, and birth.
Birth partners are also included, so they can feel confident supporting the birthing person and maintaining a calm, supportive environment.

As a trained hypnotherapist and breathwork facilitator, sessions combine breathing techniques, relaxation methods, mindset support, and hypnobirthing strategies to help you work with your body during pregnancy, labour, and early parenthood. The aim is to build understanding, reduce anxiety, and support a positive, empowered birth experience.
Sessions can be delivered online or in the comfort of your own home, allowing for a relaxed and familiar environment. Home visits are subject to location and availability, and pricing may vary depending on travel. A suitable space is required to comfortably accommodate both you and your birth partner so that techniques can be practised together effectively.
