These inclusive sessions invite people of all ages and abilities to reconnect with themselves, with others and with a deeper sense of presence.
Through guided movement, intuitive art-making and mindful practices, participants are gently supported to step away from everyday pressures and into creative, embodied experiences.
Rooted in the understanding that creativity can support wellbeing, our sessions create safe, accessible and welcoming spaces for self-expression, exploration and connection. Sessions can be adapted for different needs, abilities and group settings, with no previous artistic experience needed — just a willingness to explore.

We run sessions for individuals, groups, schools and corporate events. Each workshop is adapted to suit the needs and interests of your group, whether it’s a fun social activity or a focused creative learning experience. Workshops can be adapted to suit your space, goals, and group size — from one-off experiences to ongoing programmes.

As co-founder of Creative Community Ldn, a constituted non-profit community group, I bring art, creativity and expressive arts into local communities to support connection, self-expression, learning and wellbeing.
Working with artists, community organisations, schools and local partners, we create inclusive, accessible projects for children, young people, families and adults. Our work is supported through partnerships and funded community programmes, enabling us to offer creative opportunities that bring people together, develop skills and promote positive mental health and wellbeing.
From community arts and music to creative play and expressive arts, our projects are rooted in collaboration, inclusion and the belief that creativity can help communities thrive.

A wide range of creative activities including sketching, painting, sewing, and craft-based skills. Sessions can take place indoors or outdoors, depending on your setting and preferences, making them flexible for different venues and occasions.
