The course comprises three immersive 1.5h sessions that will give you the knowledge to future-proof your body and its mobility:
1: Shoulders - PUSH (14th June) - Understanding and unleashing the power of the scapula and its role in how we bear weight either over our heads or upside down.
2: Hip Flexors and Core - STABILITY (21st June) - Engaging, strengthening and utilising the core and Hip Flexors to improve any strength or movement practice.
3: Back - PULL (28th June) - Technique for pull-up is key to unlocking your strength in this plane of movement and build working towards body weight pull-ups, muscle-ups and various calisthenics and gymnastics skills.
