We offer a holistic approach to well-being rooted in the understanding that true health is multifaceted and ever-evolving.
We bring lightness into the work — making space for play, laughter, and exploration alongside deep release and transformation.
It’s all welcome here.
We weave together a unique blend of modalities to support your journey- Through a circular model that combines yoga, somatic movement, mobility training, massage, breathwork, sound healing, hypnotherapy, and fascia-informed bodywork.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating life transitions, or simply looking to reconnect with your body, we tailor your experience to fit you — not the other way around.
Specialising in rehabilitative bodywork, women's health, and trauma-informed practices, we believe wellness is not linear but cyclical, supported by collective care, education, and embodied self-awareness.
This is wellness that works with you and for you.

Drawn Out Sound
This interactive sound bath is an immersive experience designed to engage participants in both auditory and visual creativity. During this session, where attendees are invited to come and go when they want, to listen to the soundscape or have the opportunity to interpret the sound or/and express themselves through drawing. This unique format allows individuals to connect with the sounds on a deeper level, that encourages relaxation and artistic exploration. Participants can choose to focus solely on the auditory experience or engage in drawing.
The Pits is running in parallel to the installation 2125, researched and developed in residence at Somerset House Studios. Sophia Al-Maria's and Lydia Ourahmane's outdoor Lancaster Place commission, 2125, explores the grey areas of Britain's narratives that shape our understanding of identity, belonging, and who has the 'right to remain'.
The artists have crafted four benches made from reclaimed Portland stone sourced from the Admiralty Arch, the landmark which links Trafalgar Square to Buckingham Palace, and positioned them at Lancaster Place entrance of Somerset House. The benches create a direct visual link between the two historic sites, reflecting their intertwined histories of power, control, and transformation.
