Pregnancy massage:
Pregnancy massages are for easing any growing pains and for relaxation.
Whether it's physical or mental well-being you need right now. Pregnancy massage can help with both.
Even promoting a good night's sleep on the day you receive it.
For Postnatal Well being:

-Yoga and Movement
For Postnatal/parent and baby Yoga & well-being:
-to ease the body and mind after childbirth
-using my knowledge of bodywork and Yoga we work together to find relief and release within your body, to find ease after your birth
-The session is mainly for mum so we introduce Baby Massage techniques to bond with your baby.
-Using Breathwork and self hypnosis techniques to prepare you for parenthood.
-Mama Pelvic Care MOT- Myofascial release and massage for Postnatal care:
During this session we look at your posture and core stability.
With a pelvis examination and discussion on how your birth went.
Depending on your birthing journey we can look at scar tissue work etc and exercises that you might need.
Postnatal massage can also be about giving yourself the space and time to ease any aches and pains.
And for you to have a well needed moment of self-care and relaxation to release tension and recharge your energy levels.
The self care and attention we give ourselves during pregnancy should follow and flow after birth. We are not simply a vessel for our baby as now our actions, emotions and thoughts now influence their lives too.
We need to maintain the same level of self care and attention to keep looking after ourselves, our child and our relationships.

I help mums and "mums to be" with getting rid of negative thoughts, anxiety and fears as well as re-focus and amplifying positivity in your life.
-Myofascial release & massage for endometriosis, fibromyalgia, fibroids (and tissue adhesions in general)
-Pelvic care: Working externally and internally to help balance the pelvis, what it holds and where it connects to other parts of the body. Pelvic floor work can also help back issues, piriformis pain, stress incontinence, vaginismus, vulvodynia and general pain from urogenital surgery.
BREATHWORK:

Using a coherent breath as the foundation, we syncronise our breath with our heart rate and brainwaves to influence the rest of your body. using various techniques to help balance the body especially how we think and feel about things and how they influence us.
Breath work for Womens Health technqiues can help with pregnancy, postnatally, for peri-menopause and menopause, as well as many other issues.
