2 part Workshop for Runners and Cyclists.
Flow Yoga, Breathwork and self massage techniques.
This two part workshop is geared specifically toward runners, cyclists and movers in general.
Whether you are an occasional cyclist/runner or have become a hardcore enthusiast during lockdown, this workshop will help complement your activity.
Workshop 1: Focusing on the lower body
From the feet all the way up to hips including the front and back of the legs, knee issues, hamstring, piriformis and glutes
Workshop 2: Focusing on the upper body
Upper to mid back, chest opening, arm releases, head and neck issues
Working from the ground, your feet and up, we will flow through some of the problem areas that affect us during our cycling and running.
Moving to stabilise, stretch and strengthen the trouble areas (including the knees, thigh, hips, piriformis, back, shoulders and neck). Including a few selfcare massage techniques to help ease any tension in the tired muscles.
