Dreams

Using techniques in the waking day/sleeping night, to connect to our Dreamer- so we can live the dream.

Hands

The hands link to the brain. For hundreds of years it has been thought that working with your hands can lead to a happier life. Only recently are behavioral researchers actually finding this to be true, that using our hands for activities stimulates brain activity, changes brain chemistry and promotes mental health.

Breath

We use the Universal breath of 6/6 as a basic stepping stone to leap us into more breath practices, with a digital metronome to help keep the breath to the beat. We syncronise the breath, heart and brain.

Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beeip

It sounds rather like a fire alarm warning you that it is running out of battery. As you might imagine, this kind of beep is intrusive, it demands your attention. Quite frankly, it is not a pleasant sound.
However, this is not an accident. This device is a non-negotiable bit of kit. It is not meant to be replaced with a pleasant chime or gong. It is not meant to relax you. It is not sound healing BUT what does it do to you and the brain…

Brain

Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep. Beeip
The digital metronome is a non-negotiable bit of kit- It is not meant to be replaced with a pleasant chime or gong. It is not meant to relax you. It is not sound healing.
It helps you count the breath of course. Even more importantly, it continuously stimulates the orientation response of the P300 wave in the brain.

Let’s make something together.
